I was personally flattered with its posh interiors and extravagant lightnings which are actually remarkable. Its an attractive place for shopping freaks. Once in i bet you wont go out empty handed. The style in which its built is pretty impressive.The mall actually opened on March 1st 2010 and has over 250 premium outlets. It has the largest Spar Hypermarket in India as well. It also houses a 6 screen multiplex operated by Inox Cinemas and a cool bowling alley by Amoeba.

Once you step in, i.e., the lower ground floor you can see a sprawling and glittering ambiance which actually creates a kinda comfort zone and leaves us wanting for more. Hello friends. How you guys doing. Hope rocking like ever. First of all thanks so much for your love and support. I must surely confess that i was really happy and on cloud 9 checking all your feedback and comments. Thank you friends for your love and support.

It’s been a very long time since i sat in front of my laptop and started penning my thoughts on here. I was a lil busy with some usual stuff which was time consuming. However am thrilled now as am back on the blogosphere. For quite sometime now many have asked my suggestions and advice on their career course and the kinda profile which they can get into. This post now entirely focuses on the Career Paths for BPO/Call Centers which is categorized under ITES Sector.

There are many people who actually look down when we tell them that we are employed with BPO Sectors. I have personally undergone many such situations where people think that am with the lowest category sector. Its a lil hard for people to understand what exactly is a BPO Sectors and actually what we do in there unless and until of course you are working in the same sector.

I must surely say BPO is one of the lucrative verticals where only a few can actually survive. It’s a lively ambiance filled with lots n lots of energy and positive vibrations. Most of the time before i get into my office my mindset is quite different and once i stein in there would be a transformational change in my mood. As i swipe my access card and step into the floor i can hear people talking to various people from across the globe and helping them with queries. I can see people in front of their workstations with the headphone on and their hands busy on the keyboard, their mind reading the unknown caller’s psychology, their attitude purely to make sure that they give their best on every call and their keenly observing the monitors and thinking what needs to be done next.

I can see a few people at the other corner with both their hands inside their pockets and smiling as they speak with the callers. At the other end i can see the quality team keenly listening and making sure that their team is on the right track and jotting down points and making sure things go right the first time itself. On the opposite direction i could see the managers having a discussion on improvising the existing skill set and debating on various topics which needs to be implemented. Right next to them the Team Leads are busy preparing various reports and side by side remotely monitoring calls and updating info on their records.

Did i forget to mention about the backbone who are responsible for the smooth functioning of the floor. . ?? I think i did. Well its the Command Center where people are engrossed in front of their respective screens waiting to pounce on people who actually take things for granted. People in here are busy preparing schedules, forecasting calls, preparing client reports and spending their time calculating various sensitive aspects like Shrinkage, Occupancy levels, Agent utilization, SLA/ASA, ACD, ABR, CBR and various other matrices. I can actually hear them loud and clear from across the floor shouting names and asking them to logout or login. You miss out even on a couple of minutes from your allotted break time then get ready to face the tune.

Well actually there are lots more and there is no way that i could pen them in the same post. Its a very challenging sector where we need to be on our nerves every second. Its actually a paradise in disguise which only a few are aware about. One needs to be very competitive, challenging, energetic, lively at all times, dynamic. Put into simple words one needs to be smart and “The Best”. Just have a chat with someone from a BPO background and you would definelty come on terms with me.

Well, the word itself is so disgusting. Truly speaking i never want to hear it nor talk about it. Its seriously frightening.
There have been time when we all have experienced it to a certain extent although not constant but a few other are betrayed and left behind that they for ever feel that gap in them and i belong to one of those high breed category. I was just kidding. . . . . . .

Anyways i was totally betrayed and shaken apart due to a couple of black-hole kinda situations in my life that i thought my life is now going nowhere. I totally lost hope and had to bury all my ambitions and desired deep inside my hear and burn them so that they could become ashes. I thought my life was not worth living and i was a disgrace and that i could do nothing and just sit and cry my whole life. My cute and precious heart was shattered into a thousand pieces and i really had a tough time overcoming depression all alone.

As i’m writing this piece of article tears are just rolling out of my eyes and a thousand things are running at rocket speed inside my heart and mind. I feel like am walking on thorns now and that my whole body is been pricked by sharp thorns. I mean, that’s the kind of uncomfort zone i was in and even now to a certain extent.

This was the time when i went to a local church and got to meet a couple of pastors and shared my story and cried my heart out to them. I must really says that they were very caring and had patience to sit and listen to my entire heart burning story. It was soothing and calm hearing to their preachings and what god had in store for me.

This was pretty easy for me because i belong to a family who are spiritualistic and taught me more and more about spiritualism. Its only that i wasn’t taking it seriously i guess. Well, coming back to the time when i started going to the church and getting to know more and more people in there really made me a lil relaxed and bought me towards the comfort zone with my heart.

It was very Impressive and i truly consider myself lucky for having started to attend and prayer sessions and to be blessed by the holy spirit. I was really feeling good inside and slowly my life started to change.

Its not been very long though, its just been about 2-3 mnts and I’m now dedicated to knowing Jesus and accepting him as my Saviour. I will be posting in more and more articles and sharing many valuable information’s which re very vital for everyone of us.

A warm welcome to all my Net - friends. The days are proceeding as usual. There are no new trhings happening. Sometimes i well life is monotonous. Yes, of course it is. But its a real fun. Life has many facets but  most of us only experiance the same kind of situations day in and out. I was a bit lonely and was feeling lil depressed because of the kind of situations am going through. Its been sometime now since i had a smile on my face. I know its a lil difficult to digest when i think about it.

A good friend of mine once suggessted to attend a Sunday service in one of the most respected church in bangalore. Well, it was sincxe the last 6-8 mnts that she was requesting me to visit once but i was a lil ignorant i guess. Just recently i made up my mind to visit this church and my goodness it was exhilarating,fantastic and exciting. I couldn’t believe the changes which slowly came into my life.

The first day it was a mind-blowing experiance. I cannot forget it for my lifetime. People were so caring and were willing to help me from my depression. For the first time ever i felt that there was someone out there who could listen to my problems, console me, encourage me and of course motivate me. I’m a kinda person who is ambitious and a go getter. I never give up things easily. But for the first time again i lert go all my ambitions and never wanted to live a life. But things were seriously changing at fast pace.

Its now been 3 weeks and i have been witnessing tremendous changes in my life. Thanks to Jesus Christ. I’m now experiancing a never before experiance. The divine power is now intervening in my life. Its a miracle that i’m now getting things more easily and success is now my passion.

I’ve now decided to spread the word of god, the word of “Love”. You have faith then you get things that are never imagined. I’m now dedicating my time n energy towards the betterment of socitey and thr well being of my near n dear one’s. I’m now getting whatever i want in life. I’m now in a more relaxed kinda state.
