Its good to be back. I’m feeling kinda elated to write this article after a pretty long time. As i mentioned in my last post, i was involved with a couple of projects and of course my routine job. I have been a wanderer in terms of Information to share with you. Its been a very long time since i came up with a masterpiece.

Back to business. . I’m now undergoing training with regards to my work profile which is “Customer Services”. My project involves taking care of my customer issues. Its infact a lil complicated. But, Yes of course - everything seems to be a lil difficult unless you get an hold of it. I’m now in service with one of the Top Telecommunication Service Providers which has a global presence and provides over a dozen services to its customers who are millions in numbers.

Working for a an outsourcing partner is like walking on water. Only a selected few survive, and those selected few are like magicians who knows what to do where - how and when. I have been fortunate enough to have that share now. I have written over a dozen articles about the various risks involved in an outsourcing sector and at the same time a good chink of positives as well. Its a competitive world out there. You just need to be smart and possess high intelligence level. There are thousands of people out there who are equally competent and capable as You are. Put into simple words every Individual has immense powers within him when used properly can create wonders.
